PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

By accessing, booking, or participating in any services offered by Reform Fitness (“Studio”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Aerial Yoga, strength training, and related exercises, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Muscle strain, sprains, or tears
- Falls, slips, or loss of balance
- Equipment-related injuries
- Serious injury, disability, or death (in rare cases)
All clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages arising from participation.
- Medical Clearance & Fitness to Participate
Clients confirm that:
- They are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation
- They have consulted a physician where necessary
- They will inform the Studio and Instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations prior to participation
The Studio is not responsible for any undisclosed or unknown medical conditions.
- Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clients hereby waive, release, and discharge Reform Fitness, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
- Participation in any class or activity
- Use or misuse of equipment
- Instruction or supervision provided
This includes claims arising from negligence, except where prohibited by law.
- Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reform Fitness and its representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Their participation in activities
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of equipment or facilities
- Instructor Responsibility Disclaimer
While instructors provide guidance on proper form and technique:
- Clients are solely responsible for listening to their bodies and exercising within their limits
- The Studio does not guarantee injury prevention
- Any physical adjustments or assistance are provided with client consent and at their own risk
- Aerial & Equipment-Specific Risk
Clients acknowledge that aerial yoga, reformer machines, and suspension-based exercises involve elevated risk due to height, balance, and equipment use.
Clients accept full responsibility for participation in such activities and agree to follow all safety instructions strictly.
- Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance
- Cancellations must be made within the specified time window
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of session or charges
- Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Studio Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Reform Fitness reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund if a client:
- Engages in unsafe behavior
- Fails to follow instructor guidance
- Disrupts the studio environment
- Personal Property
The Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Media Release
Clients grant Reform Fitness permission to use photos or videos taken within the studio for marketing purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.
- Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made in advance. Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
- Amendments
Reform Fitness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
- Prenatal & Postnatal Participation (High-Risk Acknowledgment)
Clients participating in prenatal or postnatal classes acknowledge and agree to the following:
Medical Clearance Requirement
Participation is strictly conditional upon prior approval from a licensed physician. By attending, the client confirms that:
- They have received medical clearance to engage in prenatal/postnatal exercise
- Their pregnancy is not classified as high-risk unless explicitly approved by a physician
- They will immediately inform the Studio of any change in medical condition
The Studio is not responsible for verifying medical clearance.
Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that participation in any fitness activity offered by Reform Fitness—including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, strength training, and use of studio equipment—involves inherent and elevated risks.
Such risks include, but are not limited to:
- Muscle strain, sprains, tears, or joint injuries
- Falls, slips, loss of balance, or equipment-related incidents
- Dizziness, fatigue, or changes in heart rate and blood pressure
- Aggravation of pre-existing conditions or undisclosed medical issues
- In the case of prenatal or postnatal participants, potential complications affecting the mother and/or unborn child
Clients understand that these risks may arise during or after participation and may occur even when exercises are performed correctly and under professional instruction.
All participation is voluntary. Clients assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, damages, or complications arising from their participation in any class, session, or use of the Studio facilities.
This acknowledgment applies irrespective of supervision, instruction, or assistance provided by Reform Fitness, its instructors, or staff.
Full Release of Liability (Maternal & Fetal)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client expressly agrees that Reform Fitness, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for:
- Any injury, complication, or condition affecting the client
- Any pregnancy-related complication, including miscarriage, preterm labor, or fetal distress
- Any outcomes affecting the unborn or newborn child
This applies regardless of whether the activity was supervised or instructed.
Client Responsibility
The client agrees that they:
- Are solely responsible for monitoring their physical condition during class
- Will immediately stop exercising if discomfort, pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms occur
- Will not rely on the instructor for medical advice
No Medical Advice
All instruction provided is for general fitness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Indemnification (Critical Layer)
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reform Fitness and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from:
- Participation in prenatal/postnatal sessions
- Any pregnancy-related claims, whether brought by the client or on behalf of a child
