Group Classes
Our Mat Pilates group classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility using controlled bodyweight movements and breathwork. Classes are performed on mats, with instructors guiding participants through structured sequences designed to improve alignment, stability, and overall body control.
A variety of small equipment is incorporated to add resistance, support, and variation, including Pilates rings (magic circles), mini stability balls, resistance bands, sliders, foam rollers, and light weights. Small class sizes allow instructors to closely monitor technique and ensure proper form.
