Group Classes

Aerial Hoop classes use a suspended steel aerial hoop (lyra) to develop strength, flexibility, and body control. Participants learn poses and transitions while training with aerial hoops, crash
mats, resistance bands, flexibility straps, and conditioning tools.

Private Sessions

Private aerial hoop sessions provide one-on-one coaching for beginners learning fundamentals or advanced students developing complex aerial movements and transitions.
