Group Classes
Our Reformer Pilates group classes focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled movements and breathwork. Classes are performed on professional Reformer machines from Reform Equipment USA while instructors guide participants through structured sequences using Pilates rings (magic circles), mini stability balls, resistance bands, foot straps, ankle straps, sliders, foam rollers, Pilates arcs, and yoga blocks. Small class sizes allow instructors to closely monitor technique and alignment.
